The EU Sunday was held as planned at the Philadelphia Fellowship on August 23, 2009 at both the Morning Tamil Service and the Evening English Service.
Morning Tamil Service -- Mr. Thambiraj explained about the vision of UESI among the college students of our country during the morning service using Power Point presentation. Mr. Jebasingh shared about the role of UESI in his life as a student and how it has continued to help him in his work and ministry as a graduate. The 3 Strands meeting on Sept 5, 2009 was introduced and folders distributed.
Evening English Service -- Mr. Robbins explained about the vision and thrust of UESI and the role it has played in nation building and in supplying man power to various mission organizations all over India. Mr. Solomon Kamal shared about how UESI ministry gave him leadership skills that helped him take a leadership role in the college and even now helps him in his business. The 3 Strands meeting on Sept 5, 2009 was introduced and folders distributed.
Encouraging Graduate presence at the EU Sunday -- Thambiraj and family, Paul Prabhakar and family, Robbins and family, Gurubabu and family, Jebasingh, Solomon Kamal, Kamalnathan, Joel Kingsley, Sathya, and many others. We deeply appreciate their involvement and encourage other graduates and students to participate actively in the other EU Sundays planned for South Area.
